“We loved this property! Our suite was clean. The staff, especially Emy, was very helpful. The cook is top notch! Hot breakfast every morning and on Mon, Tues, Wed, she puts out food at dinner (5:30pm) for people to meet one another. We used the pool, gym (has a filtered water bottle filler), business center computers and printing, BBQ grill. All were great. Some tips: pool has fountains! You have to ask staff to turn them on. There is a fire pit outdoors. Easy to use. The BBQ grills are easy to……

“The property is well maintained and in proximity to 3rd & 5th Ave for shopping and dining, also a 15 min walk to the beach. It has a pool and views of the marina if you get a room on that side. On the - side, it is a 50 y.o. building and the rooms are small and although clean on the outdated side. I believe our room was an owner operated by hotel, again clean but small. AC units are small and noisy and can’t really keep up with cooling the entire room unless you run them 24/7. ”

“We enjoyed the pool and the hotel was nice. Sitting at the pool you do feel like you are on the landing zone of Naples airport. Planes flying over are VERY loud. The restaurant could not let my daughter order a pizza without toppings. It had to be the honey glaze pizza that was on the menu. We went somewhere else due to this. I thought it was strange they couldn’t modify such a simple thing. I would mainly not stay here because of the noise from the planes. The complimentary breakfast was nice……

“All of the staff was very kind and helpful. They were also very responsive in everyway: housekeeping, golf cart pick-up, food service. The room was lovely and full of traditional hotel items and information. Love the slippers! Two things we wish you had a bar or small cafe where we could purchase food drink in the hotel part of the complex at night. When we were there, a bad rainstorm hit and we couldn't get to the club area. The adult pool area was very nice, however with the overhead……

“酒店图片很美，看起来还有小厨房，结果进去以后都是不能用的，也没有配备任何的餐具，网盘全部都没有，只是一个白色，唯一能用的就是微波炉，其他的都需要咨询准备，这让我们非常失望，之前看图片还以为这是一个能够加热食物的房间工作人员还算热情，酒店相对有些年份”
