Everythings was fine other than the delay in getting checked in. To be fair it was only a 5 minute wait without a host person. Not a big deal. Perhaps I was just too tired to wait. :)

The room was clean & had recessed lighting behind the bed headboard & tv which provided low lighting when all other lights were off. The inclusive breakfast had many options and there was ample seating.

Everything was great. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel was clean and smelled great. I didn’t get to eat breakfast as I had to leave too early.

I recommend this hotel . The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel it self was clean and beyond what I expected. Will definitely book here again.

Very quiet and comfortable.

This was an overall great stay and experience. The bed was very comfortable and my room was clean. I was skeptical at first when but when I arrived the building, the location, and room was very satisfactory. I will definitely add this hotel to my list of places to stay in Nacogdoches. The breakfast was nice as well, a variety of options. We stayed one night and were very pleased with everything. Management were super friendly and professional. The room was clean and the bed comfy. Breakfast options were fresh and plentiful. Plenty of free parking. All of this at a reasonable rate. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

I stayed a total of four nights and was extremely happy. My room was very clean and well maintained. The property is only a year old and being well taken care of. Hopefully it stays that way! I will definitely be staying at Hotel Indigo again.

The hotel is located in a lovely wooded area that feels invigorating. It was very busy with several events taking place

Spent one night here after a college football game. Pleasantly greeting upon arrival. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless and shower head was wonderful. Nice breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, yogurt, pastries, fruits, juices, teas and coffee.

Property was awesome. Staff was very friendly and nice.

Great Hotel at a reasonable price. The staff was great. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff and food at the restaurant were awesome.

The lady who ran the breakfast area was awesome.

EXCELLENT! Even staying in the middle of a pandemic.. they were so accommodating! Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Will stay here every time we visit Lufkin!

I love Hampton Inns. I always look for and stay at Hamptons. They always have the best comfort beds, always clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. The only complaint I have was the toilet was etremely load when flushed and you had to hold down the handle. I about jumped out of my skin the first time.
