“Staff was great! Other comments: We reserved an accessible room and it was in a different part of the building with a elevator all the way past the event center. How does that make sense for the mobility impaired? Room was fine, clean, but needed updates. Towels were like sandpaper.”

“Me and my newly married husband stayed here for our little getaway the day we got married and everything was perfect! The room was very clean and stay stocked with towels and everything we needed, they even clean the room and left our belongings nicely put up while we were out and about. The staff was very accommodating and helpful as to any questions we had, the pool was also very nice and there was a couple of different pools to move around through with a hot tub included! “The breakfast menu was not great. No eggs, mostly carbs, and no fresh fruit. The power went out in the bathroom as we were getting ready the next morning. No one was at the front desk as we left, so there was no one to share this info with.”

“Hotel staff was as friendly as could be. The rooms were clean as was the hotel itself. They have a free happy hour for guests and a complimentary breakfast that was pretty good as well. Will definitely stay again if I need to stay in Kilgore.”
