“It’s a good hotel, my room did smell funny, even the hallways toward my room had a smell, the bathroom was pretty clean for the most part and the room was kept pretty good also, for some reason the sheet I had on the bed smelled like piss”

“My family and I stayed here while visiting family in Monson. It was very convenient and safe. We were greeted with smiling faces upon our arrival. The staff were very accommodating and such a joy to interact with. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was served hot every morning with a variety of options for my hungry teens. The pool was great on a couple rainy days. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this particular location based on the staff alone.……

“I made a one night reservation and pre-paid my reservation/ Got to the hotel to check in and a very surly person proceeded to check me in. First telling me thati didn't pre-pay, and quoted me a price well more that i was charged on the expedia site. They insisted I did not prepay, once they found my reservation.
