Location and breakfast view are the best features. It is a bit over priced for hotel facilities but if you're looking for a quick and restful stay without any frills then its a very nice and central option. beds are comfy and linens were clean. Rooms and bathrooms are small in general and theres no pool etc. Could get street noise on 2nd floor maybe higher floors are better.

Booked an economy room as advertised on Expedia and was quite disappointed when actually taken to the room on arrival - it looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The room décor was dated, holes in bedding, dirty curtains etc. The cleaning ladies were doing a great job but the room itself was far from what I expected. Hotel staff in general very helpful. Pool area was nice as well as the beach. Food - as expected in an all inclusive hotel of this category was not great, but there was always something to eat. The whole thing is geared towards Russians which make up about 85% of the guests. The animation team was fantastic - they did try to talk and engage with everyone, and even though the evening entertainment wasn't anything special they did work hard to make sure you're having fun.
