"I liked the modern payment system that was used for booking the trip, the food was great, the location was as described. I disliked the communication with the reseller this booking goes through. They dropped the ball on communicating pickup time and itinerary confirmation, even when i tried calling and emailing them. I also disliked the value of what you get with this trip. "The resort was outstanding. It exceeded expectations in every way. The service was the best we had in Panama. The cocktails were fun and the food was delicious and they have a vegan menu. We stayed in a king room and it was very private, pristine and well appointed."
