This is a very nice gated country club. It has great amenities and the apartment is in excellent condition and very comfortable. We only had one issue and that was with the dryer not working, which we didn’t discover until we had already washed a load of clothes. There isn’t a lobby that is staffed at this location, and it’s not clear who to contact with issues. The “check-in” occurred at the security gate as you arrive to the country club. But despite the lack of clear instructions you get when booking, I still recommend this place, especially if you have more than a one night stay, and would stay here again.

El hotel es bello, limpio y no hablemos del staff. La recepción la señorita Barbara (Barbie) una persona muy agradable, muy atenta y cuando vía a mi hijo de 7 años le dijo me llamo Barbara pero sólo tú me puedes llamar Barbie. El último día ella no vía a mi hijo y preguntó dónde está mi amigo Jacob, gracias a su forma atenta y recordarlo el se lleva un gran recuerdo de ella, la atención y la cordialidad que tuvo durante su estadía en El Hotel Central . Esperamos volver a ver a Barbara en un futuro cuando visitemos Panamá nuevamente.

We stayed one night and it exceeded our expectations. The owners were incredibly friendly and easy to contact, making us feel right at home. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The homemade breakfast was a highlight—absolutely delicious and full of flavor. We will stay again longer next time.

Everything was perfect. Staff were extremely attentive, and better than even hoped. Many thanks to Katushkia (spelling) for being so wonderful.

Key location helpful staff and excellent rooms. The rooms a spacious and clean the daily cleaning is very prompt and efficient. Fabulous breakfast!
