“This home has an amazing location! You can walk to the marina, to campsites, to the local store and even to the Horsetooth Tavern. We had morning coffee on the deck that looks over The Marina. It has Dunning views. We can’t wait to come back again!”

Convenient parking spot behind the house. Nice towels and kitchen utensils and plates too. I wish we had more time to enjoy the home and use it's amenities. ”

“This was a great place to stay! My daughter and her husband live in Ft Collins but don't have a guest room. My 24 year old son was on leave from the Army for a week and we decided to drive up from Texas and see my daughter/his sister. The vrbo was located one block from their rent house and was within easy walking distance to Old Town as well as Martinez Park. And bonus: it has air conditioning! Much needed since the highs were in the low to mid 90s during our stay. I will definitely stay here……
