“Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine.”

“Här har tiden stått stilla.. som att resa tillbaka till 90-talet. Unken lukt i sovrummet, dåligt städat (spindelnät i taket på flera ställen. ) otroligt omodernt. Restaurangen serverade god (men dyr mat). Tyvärr var uteplatsen där man åt även den otroligt eftersatt med gamla plaststolar och smutsiga dukar. Har nog varit ett väldigt fint ställe förr i tiden. Sopstationen helt överfull. Frukosten helt ok och trevlig personal (som inte kan ett ord engelska) ”Poolen” var svinkall och smutsig. Vi……

“Bel monolocale, in condominio in zona semicentrale di Klagenfurt. Il centro è raggiungibile in quindici minuti a piedi. La zona appare popolare ma sicura. L'appartamento è pulito, con arredamento di qualità e dotato di ogni accessorio per cucina, tra cui anche macchina per caffè con cialde fornite gratuitamente. Molto utile il posto auto nel garage sotterraneo al condominio. Efficace la comunicazione con l'host.”

“A gem of a guest house style hotel tucked away up an atmospheric mountain road at the foot of a number of trails, surrounded by forest and with a stream across the front of the property. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options including authentic curry options alongside the more traditional menu. We had a room for 4 which was large enough for two adults and two teenagers. No a/c but with the cooler……

“If I could give negative stars I would. This was the worst stay of my life and we are now in a lawsuit. Not only did the property lock me out of the room (bad battery on electric keypad) they lied and kept me out 3 different times at two different rooms. The representatives for the company moved me to another room after missing two days… no medication, no toilet, no food & no access to any of my belongings. When I arrived home they sent me an email link to pay the difference for a room upgrade……

“The manager family & staff were exceptionally helpful & professional. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary as well as the delicious egg omelet. Our room was lovely & comfortable. Chris was very helpful in helping us set up our car navigation system! A very pleasant stay & experience.”
