This is one of the most beautiful properties I've ever stayed at. Every feature and design details were very thoughtful and luxurious. The extensive grounds were well maintained. The pool and spa was the highlight. It was just breathtaking how beautiful it was! Our room was very clean and comfortable. ...

Incredible view! Open air feel to the unit like we were hanging above Banos. Staff was helpful. We needed more water for drinking. Since it is so removed it would be nice to have a few amenities like water jugs. The breakfast was good but it was cold by the time we recieved it. Note, the units are ...

It was terrible because they did not honor my reservation and there was no room. They did not even let me in. I had to find another place to stay. I had to pay double, and I have not received my refund yet.

Highly recommend Baños for anyone traveling to Ecuador! It has activities for the low key, relaxation types and the high energy, adventurous types! We went biking, hiking, and canyoning. Didn’t want to leave!!
Amazing place to if you're into adventure!
There is a lot of natural beauty in the mountains surrounding this beautiful town. There are also a lot of interesting activities.
All pools in area required users to use swimming caps. We were not advised about this fact. We also had trouble returning merchandise that we had just bought, literally 10 minutes earlier. Very disappointing!!!!
Amazing landscape and ecosystems. Warm, friendly, and helpful people. Easy to get in and around Baños although it's remote. The hot springs were so relaxing! Be sure to take a jungle trip and visit the organic cacao farms.
