While i was enjoying my breakfast in the designated area, I heard an older gentleman talking with the front desk person about not understanding how to use the phone to dial out. after a few suggestions, the front deskman politely offered to help the older gentleman place his call with him! Very nice room. Clean hotel. Great location…can use the skyway to access Target Center and Target Field without going outside. Hotel is secure. Staff helpful. Uber/taxi transportation is limited and expensive. Light rail was just a few blocks away, it was easy to use, but was not safe.
