"Most important the place was clean. Well stocked with anything you may need. Bright decorative beach theme. Amazing view of the beach Easy check in. Close to restaraunts, entertainment & stores. Play ground, tables & basketball court across street by beach. Host was quick to respond. Well priced for what was provided. It wasnt a brand new place but it was perfect. I would definitely recommend it & stay here again."

"Great view of ocean, stay here every time I come to New Smyrna. Unfortunately it’s great location for a corporate hotel more concerned with rates and what you owe vs. coustmer service. This year they have decided to charge you for parking (big sign at check in) and forgot to tell u ice machine is out on your floor and where to get it!"

"Everything was wonderful! The doggo had a great time and everyone was super comfortable during our stay. Any issue we had the host was so quick to resolve. Including getting us a new wine opener that matched the theme of the property. Overnight! I would come back to New Smyrna Beach just to stay here again. This was also our first Vrbo stay and the host was so gracious in helping us navigate. I cannot say enough good things. "

"Danny emailed us the code to get in and everything was exactly as it was pictured. Very close to the ball field we were going to for a baseball tournament. It was also easy access to Publix, eating establishments, Beach view Tavern (for the NFL football games) and a short drive to Flagger Avenue. The rooms were very clean and all decorated with beach items. We would highly recommend this location and would stay there again. With it being pet friendly, there were doggie cushions in a couple of the rooms. "
