“Proximity to the river boat ramp was excellant. The property was overall clean and fresh-feeling, although we were dissapointed by the accumuated grime on the outdoor grill and grease in the grease trap which left us with more work to clean than our use necessitated. The arrangement and decor were pleasant and convenient. There were a number of small touches that we enjoyed like firestarters, stocked coffee pods, some books /games and the fresh sponge left out. “House was super cute and Victor (located in California - I believe!) was responsive. I stayed 4 nights - drive to town is not too bad, the private road into the home needs major work but the listing does make you aware. Be sure to bring soap, shampoo, and conditioner as that was missing. Also, the shower also only had about 5 minutes of hot water. There was also no hot pad or oven mitt in the kitchen, which made cooking difficult so be sure to bring that too. Though, the listing says that there……
