To the left of the entrance, you’ll find the first of two downstairs bedrooms, beautifully appointed and featuring an en-suite shower room with a super king-size bed. The second bedroom is a bunk with double and single beds. Adjacent to this is the downstairs shower room with a walk-in shower allowing for good accessibility. The expansive social kitchen and dining area have been designed to facilitate gatherings; with contemporary lighting, sleek countertops and integrated modern appliances, you have everything you need to cook some fabulous evening meals. The copper-topped dining table provides a stunning focal point, complementing the luxurious ambience of the space. With seating for ten, this area is ideal for your end-of-day get-togethers. Adjacent to the kitchen is the large cloakroom and utility area, equipped with modern appliances and ample storage thoughtfully designed to accommodate outdoor gear and footwear, keeping the living spaces tidy. The lounge beckons with its generous proportions and inviting atmosphere. Large patio doors flood the room with natural light and offer seamless access to the garden and patio areas which overlook the paddocks; you can watch the beautiful horses in practice from the comfort of the patio area creating a harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
