Handy location. About 30 min walk from old town . Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Rooms have small double bed and shared kitchen. I forgot to bring a USB plug and there was a handy shop on the main road.

Rooms small. Very basic - expensive for what you get. Was fine for 1night as barely in accommodation but would not stay longer.

Great accommodation for the Fringe. A little far from the city centre but an easy walk to get into the city. Bed was a good size for two people and room had a lot of storage. Good bathroom. Only complaint is that the shared kitchen was lacking (no toaster, horrible hob, old sponge, very few pots & pans, etc.)

Staff friendly on arrival and departure the room is basic but very clean, you can get 1 towel and rea or coffee and shampoo etc from reception. You have use of a communal kitchen which has a large TV in there. Overall a great stay. Thanks

Staff very friendly and welcoming, clear directions given to the room. The room was basic but tidy, bed was quite comfy, sadly no chair in the room I had this time. Kitchen was clean tidy and had everything you needed. Property conveniently located for Edinburgh centre or Leith Harbour area.

If you're just looking for a place to lay your head down for the night during the summer months, this was a decent price. The student staff were friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to store our bags for a small fee so that we could explore Edinburgh without toting our bags around. Not a bad place!

Small but clean room, staff were helpful and seemed to enjoy being there. The room contained the bare minimum but the bed was easily big enough for 2. Great location. Hand soap in the bathroom would have been nice as we had to use body wash. The walls are also thin and could hear snoring next door.

It's basic but clean, inexpensive and convenient accommodation close to Edinburgh city centre. Staff is very nice and helpful. There is a well equipped kitchen available for use but there are also some lovely breakfast options near by (Ante for example, fabulous). The beds are quite small, you need to really like the person you are sharing with. Nice clean bathroom. I will definitely use it again if I need accommodation in Edi outwith term time.
