We were in room 13, small unit but well layed out. Our only issue was the kitchen sink was not secured in place. It was very clean and located perfectly close to the Royal Mile.

This place is AMAZING! Sincerely! You cannot beat the location, the place itself, the price. Sincerely a beautiful, interesting, full kitchen. There's even a washer (maybe a dryer?).

Renting a flat may cost a little more than a hotel, but we end up saving money by making alot of our own meals. Plus we usually like at least a 2 bedroom with a separate livingroom with a comfy couch or pull out bed. There is no parking around this facility but you'll find thats hard to find anywhere in old town.

This accommodation was BEAUTIFUL. The photos we saw prior to booking didn’t even do it justice. We had such an amazing view from our room, the bed was so comfortable and cozy, and everything was so clean. I can’t say enough good things about our stay.

Fantastic Stay

This was an amazing stay. Great location, very clean, lots of room, and quiet. Elevator went to third floor then we had two flights of stairs. I will definitely stay there again.

This property is a perfect vacation spot for a family traveling the the beautiful city of Edinburgh. The rooms were a great size and beautifully decorated. The location is walking distance to the center of town. Highly recommend.

Such a perfect apartment for a weekend in Edinburgh. It was fully equipped with kitchen utensils. The decor was beautiful and room was spacious and clean. It's just off the Royal mile so most sights are easily within walking distance, will definitely return on my next visit to Edinburgh!

Beautiful Apartment

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we’ll definitely be back. Beautiful, spacious apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Love the high ceilings and parquet floors and the nods to the building’s original use. Perfectly situated for old and new town.

Perfect apartment & perfect location.

Great location by far! Near train station but not in a seedy area. Easy walk to everything. Photos accurately depicted the room. Apartment 19 was up one flight of stairs. Suggest that they eliminate scented diffuser. We couldn’t stand the smell so in the closet it went.
