A beautiful, well equipped ground-floor apartment, in a quiet secure residential development, our goal is to make the apartment a home from home, so you can relax and enjoy your break in comfort. Ideal for couples, groups or families who want easy access to the city, plenty of space (120 sq meters) in a peaceful environment. 10 – 15 minutes walk from the east end of Princes Street, with private parking. A short walk to Edinburgh's many attractions, Holyrood Palace, The Parliament, The Castle, The Playhouse Theatre, Botanic Gardens and Princes Street. We are proud to have achieved the Scottish Tourist Board 3 Star Award as well as Category 3 access for residents with mobility issues. We have welcomed many guests with varying requirements over the years. The apartment is the perfect base from which to explore Edinburgh and Scotland. Large, bright, clean, well equipped kitchen, there is a dish washer, washing machine/tumble drier, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and a Tassimo. You will find a good selection of pots and pans, casserole dishes and oven trays. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, bin bags, dishwasher tablets, washing up powder. Separate dining area, with a table and six chairs. Peaceful lounge, 2 new leather three seater sofas, 3 armchairs, TV, Sky, DVD, WIFI, iPod docking station. Master bedroom, king-size bed, ensuite with large shower unit. Two further bedrooms, both with twin single beds. Family bathroom, with large shower unit, sink and toilet. All bed linen and towels provided. Kids cot, high-chair, pram, plastic bowls, plates tumblers etc available if required. Gas central heating provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere all year round, along with instant and constant hot water. Wheelchair access, stool and suction hand rails available for shower, Parking space, Category 3 access award for guests with mobility issues from the Scottish Tourist Board. Assistance dogs welcome, there is a park to walk a dog one minute away. I am happy to provide a water bowl. There is a magnifying glass. We so enjoyed our stay at Edele's apartment. We there 4 nights. It was extremely comfortable and fit. Our party is fixed perfectly due to the apartment having everything we needed we didn't really have to contact Edele More than I think one time during our stay. Plus in the notebook in the sitting room there was plenty of information in there about the apartment and the surrounding areas with great recommendations for food and places to see. We spent 6 nites here and it was the perfect place to stay to get to various locations via uber or public bus. The apartment was very roomy, comfortable and clean. We were very happy here. It was lovely to meet our host Edele who was welcoming and helpful. It is located in a quiet area but short walking distance to a variety of restaurants and tram/bus stops.
