No A/C in the room. Called staff in and they turned off the heater and brought us a small desk fan. We were told “You have a fan anyway so it shouldn’t be warm.” There were three of us in the room with one small desk fan. We all had a hard time sleeping.

Bare basic stay - room was clean. You had to walk through a plume of smokers to the enter the lobby. Only one of two elevators working- heat was at 30°C in the room and wasn’t turned down after requesting it to be lowered- they said it’s on a central system.

Rooms were in very rough condition. Flooring was all scratched up. Microwave was cracked along seam. Beds weren't made, covers were just thrown over. Coffee wasnt replaced, floor was very dirty, sticky. Room was cleaned but i had to wash the stickiness off the floor, it was extremely dirty. Curtains wouldn't close all the way. Water went hot and cold when you were showering.
