"Charmingly appointed home nestled in a lovely quiet neighborhood along the river. Included all the amenities needed for a restful stay. Great proximity to downtown to walk and enjoy a meal. Perfect location to use as a base camp for birding the surrounding area. Has lots of comfortable outdoor spaces to unwind with a glass of wine after a long day. Perfect backyard for our Labrador to enjoy some free time in the evenings."

"Your property is gorgeous and we are lovef being so close to downtown New Bern! You did a fantastic job with renovating and decorating this lovely home. My travel buddy and I have stayed at many VRBO's and this is one of the nicest at which we have been. The proximity to downtown makes it very appealing. The cleanliness, your notes, the snacks, coffee, kitchen basics, laundry basics, and personal touches are amazing. The local literature was also very helpful. I can understand why your reviews...

"Charming, very clean, well-decorated house. A little quirky because it was built in the late 1800s (I think?). Some sloping floors, light switches in odd places in some rooms, etc. They have maintained a great deal of the original floor plan, doors, etc of the house, which we loved but definitely not an open floor plan! Plenty of space for six adults. Ideally would have loved for the third bedroom to have a queen-size bed instead of the twins as it was three couples and someone had to draw the...
