My friends and I purchased the Executive Lounge Day Pass. The view was spectacular from the 12th floor, and the food was good. Again, very friendly staff up there too! Our rooms were clean and spacious. There was no microwave."

"We stayed at the Clermont for just two nights at the end of a 2.5-week European trip. It was a quiet, comfortable place and the staff was pleasant. Our room was a little small, but totally manageable and there was plenty of space in the bathroom for all of our stuff. Lots of restaurants in the area, cute shops, Victoria Station, and tons of cabs and Ubers, so it was easy to get where we needed to be. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would gladly stay over a longer period next time. "
