"My friend and I are from Vancouver, BC and took the bus to Seattle, arrived way earlier than check-in time so the staff let us leave out belongings at the hotel so we could tour around the city hassle-free. We checked in an hour earlier and the room was great! Really clean and we loved the pineapple-themed room which was adorable. The room was actually pretty bigger than the usual double bed room from pricier hotels which was amazing. The area feels safe as well and we love how it was close to restaurants and the train."

"The suite has a beautiful kitchen equipped with utensils, plates, pots pans, cups... Basically everything you need in a kitchen. If you love to cook, you will definitely love their kitchen."

"Great property and great stay. Constructive criticism is; breakfast was closed the day after check out and the menu sucked, was told the cooks called off, front desk did not offer an alternative? The amenity service charge was OK, they did make up with drinks, but no snacks were provided or replenished. I can say the drinks made up for a good portion, but only because we had 5 guest. Premadonna suite was beautiful and enjoyable. However, the tub did take a very long time to drain, this is something the facility should look into. Victor from front desk restored front desk’s service, recommending a nice place to take my family the night after check in. Overall, I would stay again, but say there are needed improvements in front desk, especially with the “everything button” and alternatives we felt the expectation was a bit below than expected, but Victor did go above and beyond to mitigate that."
