"The room was clean and spacious. The black out blinds still let light in and you can clearly hear the noise on the street. The tv was far too small for the distance from the bed, so I just watched shows on my computer. At the check-in the agent was disputing with me over a drink voucher and whether or not I qualified for one even though I had an email saying I did. I finally told her I'm not looking to dispute this bc it doesn't matter that much. She then just handed it to me. "

"When we arrived, there were several carpet beetles, including on the bed. They came and cleaned the room the next morning, which was much appreciated. The pool was also very chlorinated and made us all feel sick. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool again, which was a bummer! I also didn’t like that I wasn’t made aware of the parking cost until the check in email. We were charged for 3 days of parking when we were there for two nights and a total of 42 hours. I like the location being close to the Seattle Center and the staff I came across were all great, but we probably won’t stay there again. "
