"The staff was very nice and helpful. Upon arrival, I was told my previously booked room wasn’t available, they offered another room and then saw that I paid extra (for the previous room) so this was compensated by a $50 credit. Upon entering the newly assigned room, it was evident that it was outdated. The bathroom had hair on the floor from a previous guest. When I pulled out the sofa bed, that same hair was on there. Doesn’t seem like they cleaned much, which was disappointing. I didn’t make a fuss about it, but it does dampen the mood throughout the stay"

"Great location and very clean. Unfortunately one of the elevators was down the whole time I was there, so there was sometimes a little wait for an elevator, but it was never more than 5 minutes. It also would have been nice to have a microwave available. Otherwise a great place to stay!"
