This was a great place to stay in palma, friendly staff and walkable to the centre.

Great facilities for kids and good food options in buffet but would ah e liked more day time food options like bar food - burgers and snacks for kids etc

Excellent hotel near the beach.

This is a wonderful hotel. I highly recommend staying here. The staff are SO kind and helpful. They helped us organize transport from and back to the airport for our travels. Our luggage was delayed and they were able to call the airline to help us. The rooms are VERY clean and lovely. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are very nice. The breakfast has a lot of options and great coffee.

This was therapeutic, as I slept like a baby all throughout. The staff is really lovely and professional. There is a lot of attention to detail, everything is well taken care of. Big plus: it is cycling friendly! Alaró is an ideal starting point for gorgeous rides across the Sierra de Tramontana as well as other sides of the island. Better than Alcudia or Port Dr Pollença in my opinion. Also quieter and more authentic.
