"It's definitely showing some wear and tear, but the whole property, and our room were both exceptionally clean, and the A/C worked great, kept the room cool and dry - I loved that there was no carpet in the room. Breakfast was more extensvie than expected for the price, although the reconstituted eggs didn't do it for us, they had sausage, a waffle machine, yogurt, cereal and fruit, a nice surprise at this price point. It's an excellent value in Bay City, esp for an overnight with two dogs"

"This ended up being the perfect house to stay at since we were in town visiting our extended family. It was perfect for my older teens/young adults to be able to join us and spend time with their younger siblings while having lots of space for us all to spread out. The hosts were great with communication and all the little amenities made it so easy for us to settle in quickly. "
