“Staff exceeded our expectations, and made the stay very enjoyable, despite a couple minor issues. We have tried out numerous hotels in medellin over the years and this is by far our favourite, so it has become our number 1 choice in medellin.
Minor Issues- there is no AC in the common area/living room and kitchen, which can get quite hot during the day. However, the bedroom AC works amazing which is most important. Lastly, I would avoid using any wine glasses, 2 broke while just rinsing them……

“I booked nearly 10 nights here but could only endure 2 before escaping to a proper hotel. This was by far the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had:
• Filthy & Neglected: The room was not cleaned properly, with visible dirt and holes in the walls that allowed all kinds of bugs to come inside.
• Noise & Zero Rest: Guests constantly passed by my door making loud noises late into the night. Sleep was impossible.
• Basic Hygiene Ignored: I had no hand soap. Despite requesting it multiple……
