"Wonderful crew and facilities. We had an issue with TV at check in but registration desk crew went above and beyond to fix it as soon as the could. The location is great and there’s countless options for food and the metro station is just a few min walking. "I arrived late nobody was there to help me register . There was no power for three days . No wifi . No showers and very little communication from management.
