“The room smelled terrible (stale smoke) and, other than crisp white bedding, felt dirty. Room furniture was old and quite banged up. No ice machine. Ice was provided in a pre-packaged gallon bag and came out in one big chunk with tons of defrost.”

“The facility itself was dirty, and so was the room. The staff was helpful when checking in, but they also seemed kind of lost. Took almost 15 minutes to get checked in. The lock on the door was janky. I definitely didn't feel safe. There were quite a few shady characters hanging around the lobby. I was traveling alone, so the whole situation felt sketchy. Everything felt so off that I decided to forfeit my reservation, and I traveled an hour to stay at a different hotel. I would NOT recommend……
