“Room was very dirty upon arrival. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom area. The fridge was unplugged and there was some sort of feces looking substance on the walls. Did not feel safe in the area. The clerk at the front didn’t seem to care about the room’s condition, and assured us that Expedia would refund us if we wanted to leave, which we did. The pricing also was WAY above what was offered.”

“The room was great and price reflected that. It was clean. My only complaints were that the breakfast options were extremely limited. Toast, fruit, and cold cereal and then the staff kept asking us if we were checking out. They started at 10am. We felt like we were being rushed out.”
