Some of the staff wasn’t friendly

Loved the pools and beach; just closed a bit early for what I would have liked: 5pm for salt water pool which isn’t salt water at all and is only a small area that is slotted for the hotel which is annoying for what they are advertising as the biggest pool, 6pm for pool with slides, and then 8pm for the main pool. When you pick your rooms and choose access to saltwater pool you are in for a long walk everyday since that building is the farthest from all other amenities and dining. Also all the water activities you have to rent equipment and it’s very pricey. I didn’t choose to do any of those. Overall I would definitely return being better informed how it all operates. Staff was super amazing and food was great! I definitely would recommend since it’s a great time! We stayed for 4days and did love it! Food was amazing with a great variety! Great for families and adults only trips. They cater to both with their different activities throughout the day!

Dos aspectos que me generaron cierta insatisfacción fueron: 1. La ausencia de servicio de valet parking, lo cual considero inadecuado considerando el costo de la estancia. 2. La falta de gavetas en las habitaciones y la limitación de perchas en el clóset, con solo cinco, lo cual resultó insuficiente para cuatro personas. Sin embargo, me gustaría destacar que el resto de los aspectos me parecieron muy positivos. Tanto los restaurantes como la experiencia en general fueron muy agradables.

The room was nice and clean. This was a private individuals unit. I had paid in advanced and then was told I could pay when I checked in with the host. SO a little strange. Also the unit I rented said there was a kitchen. upon arrival I was told we had a kitchenette but a unit was available with a kitchen for more money. Again this was a owners unit. The "large Swimming pool" is only available in small very shallow areas. it was all a little odd.
