This resort has all the features you would want in an all inclusive including pools, beach access, family activities, restaurants, shows, and excursions. Where you will notice the difference amongst other resorts is the quality of food which is passable, the friendliness of staff which is minimal, and the quality of the rooms. Some of the furniture was damaged and had not yet been repaired, the staff was more than willing to fulfill requests but did not often greet those requests or you with a smile or a friendly demeanor. The beef was very chewy even in the steakhouse. Overall you can expect a budget experience that fits the price you will pay. Estefania was a bright light in the dim staff and went above and beyond to take care of us. More staff like her would make for an exceptional experience. There were other exceptions as well.
