It was horrible experience, when i arrived to check in the man at front desk said i did not have a reservation and i gave him the Expedia reservation confirmation and he didnt respond to me just awkeardly kept shaking his head while he was looking at computer. Then 5 min later he gives me keys then i ask where our room was located he sent us on wrong directions and we parked our car where he said and it was opposite of our room .. Room and hotel was the worst Haworth ive stayed at, and ive been to a few. Also the bed was horrible Disappointed

This hotel is absolutely disgusting and disappointing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this place. If you like to sleep in dirty, smoke smelling, cigarettes and trash in the hall ways and rooms then this place is for you. The pictures and price of the room were very deceiving. For $150 per night I would expect the place to be updated, clean, friendly and comfortable. I walked into our room to find it stinking like smoke, a smoked cigarette right outside the entry way of the door, the balcony door wide open in the room to air it out, a dirty tub with a dirty used sponge in the tub. No toilet paper or towels had been restocked, chip crumbs on the floor, a broken coffee table... and the list goes on. I called immediately and complained to the front desk who kindly “upgraded” us to a king suite, (or so we thought.) We get to the suite, it wasn’t as bad as the first room however still filthy and the tub was disgusting. We finally get to sleep to wake up 30 minutes later to our fire alarm in our room beeping every few minutes like it had a dying battery. Called the front desk staff again who had no clue what to do about it besides tell us they’d fix it in the morning. How are we suppose to sleep with an ear piercing alarm going off every 2 minutes. I am absolutely disgusted and annoyed with this entire experience, I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Also i didn’t receive any kind of reimbursement or compensation for this awful experience.

Deferred maintenance

The hotel is in need of an update and a thorough cleaning top to bottom. Much deferred maintenance is in evidence.
