The room was dirty. The hotel lobby was freshly remodeled but the rooms need big upgrades.

Upon arrival, the shuttle took over 30-40 minutes to pick me up and transport me to hotel. This is not normally an issue, but at 12am it shouldn't be an issue. The assigned room smell musky, which after a long flight, it wasn't the ideal situation. Although, I was able to change my room, which was slightly better. The experience wasn't ideal for a business traveller [perspective, especially the non-secured internet network.

My apologies to you for this wait. The Hotel has two separate clients who come every night arriving at that same time; as well as servicing two other hotels. No excuse for not letting you know. Disappointing Stay

Pros: Nothing really. It was a very disappointing stay for the price.
Cons: Bathroom cleanliness needs improving. Also, the showerhead needed replacing-water was thrown out over the shower curtain due to a bad showerhead.
There were only two towels in the bathroom. No floor mat for the bathroom. Room smelt musty and the pillows and bed linen were definitely lacking a clean linen smell. We ended up sleeping on top of the bed. Won't stay there again.

Old hotel, hard beds... avg breakfast, good for a one night stay.

Good breakfast . Too pricy for the the rooms condition in my opinion. A little run down .

Not what expected

First of all I wasn't approached by any employee after standing there 5 minutes and them not doing anything. The pool was dirty. The room itself was decent but the beds were old and squeaky and the carpet filthy. I definitely won't be returning.

My apologies to you, after checking, the FD employee was in the back office retrieving a Fax. The pool is a constant area that needs attention daily as the wind and all the trees add to the concern. We strive to keep it up and have addressed for further attention to be paid to the area. All in house areas are cleaned daily and we certainly want to thank you for your comments, as this will only help us to get better in all areas.

Comfortable hotel next to airport

Pros: Beds were comfortable and pillows. The hotel shared a parking lot with several restaurants. The breakfast buffet was a variety of choices.
Cons: update the room and bathroom decor. Very 80's.
Location: Location is very close to the airport, but quiet. It is shares a parking lot with Applebee's and a Steak house. Located in a business area.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet on the first floor. After a 12 hour drive, we were very tired and the room was peaceful.

Good airport location

Chose this hotel for these reasons: reasonable price, airport shuttle 24/7, free parking during travel. It is an older hotel; lobby undated, rooms okay. Young lady at front desk at check-up was very pleasant and professional.
