It was okay

The hotel looked nice. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was very yummy, but the room didn't really look too clean and had a dirty/stuffy smell to it. Other then that it was fine.

Not Worth The Price Tag

Pros: The breakfast
Cons: Hotel needs a complete remake over.
Location: Close to the airport.
For the price of this room, I expected a beautiful comfortable room. What I got was a very uncomfortable bed, a bathroom that was very badly painted as well as mold in the tiles. I had to ask for shampoo to be brought to me as they only left conditioner and lotion. The topper for me was that Wyndam has spent a lot of money on their new campaign and this hotel obviously so doesn't care about appearances that they put up the poster in a matted frame crooked. Sadly disappointed and will not stay again. However, the breakfast was very good.

Your comments are well taken and the hotel management certainly cares about Brand appearances with marketing efforts or in-room amenities to meeting all standards. I am pleased you are aware of the Wyndham advertisements and the picture is straight at this time. Many times people try to move the frames, brush up against it with they bodies or even try to remove it; we will continue to monitor this and want all of our guests to have a great experience. Nice hotel to rest your head after traveling

Nice hotel. They made an error in booking my reservation, but made up for it at the time of check in. Close to quick service restaurants with great walkability. Upgrades in the future would make it more appealing to travelers.

Hotel was older but very clean

Location: There were eating places withing walking distance from the hotel which I took advantage of.
I needed a two night stay while on business here in El Paso. This hotel was perfect for my stay. It was clean, parking was easy & there was a breakfast served in the morning.

Good for the prices, but halls smell. Lobbys I renovated. Such renovation needs to quickly make its way the elevators and the halls.

Good hotel right next to airport and food

Pros: Clean, comfortable, hot tub
Location: Restaurant next door was nice. Airport is around the corner.
Stayed one night. Receptionist was welcoming and nice. Hot tub was great after traveling. Room cleanliness and comfort was great especially the toiletries. Manager's happy hour was decent, please inform guests that the beer voucher only applies to Coors Light and not Shiner.

Convenient location.

Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: Room was too small. More towels in pool area. Open the bar on weekends.
Location: Convenient location to our business meeting. Good eating places within walking distance.
