"Extremely good apartment stay. Location good close to Metro stations and short walm to Playa Catalunya. Apartment was very well equipped with modern appliances and perfectly clean throughout. Bed and Pillows very comfortable. Plus a couple of packs in the apartment contained all the necessities such a washing up cloth and sponge etc. As well as Tea and various condimemts. A Great idea ! "Great hotel located in the L'Eixample neighborhood (great restaurants and close to Battlo House) in Barcelona. Staff was friendly and efficient, hotel was clean, comfortable and the room was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed, including an enclosed shower, which seemed hard to find in other hotels (lots of water in the floors in other hotels). The nightly rate for this hotel was also very reasonable compared to the other hotel we stayed at in Barcelona, earlier in our trip....

"Beautiful hotel, the signature tobacco smell creates a sumptuous atmosphere. The staff is fantastic, they were helpful for me with wifi, managing multiple reservations, brunch and the spa. Rooftop deck is a hot spot in the city. The spa pool is awesome. "

"Lovely boutique style hotel. Very nice. Only thing I would have liked was more electric hookups compatible with US plugs. Only one in our room was in the bathroom and we did not have a converter. We bought one. The breakfast buffet was very good; Gustavo in the kitchen very nice and Sylvania at the lobby desk (and another fellow I cannot recall his name) very nice and helpful. "

The woman that greeted us upon arrival “The Lady”, I believe she’s referred to as that, was one of the sweetest most welcoming and helpful people I’ve met. We instantly felt comfortable.
