Annoying constant type dripping noise through the night from the old heating system but room was warm. Great location eith the Great Western Road and Byers Road on the doorstep and the Botanics across the road. Would book again "

"I stayed in the Newcastle hotel and was far from impressed with the room and standards. I’m so glad I have the chain another go because the Glasgow hotel is so much better. Staff were lovely and paid an interest into what we were getting up to while in Glasgow, the room was clean and it had a massive shower which was great after being out all day. I didn’t try the restaurant but even that looked lovely! "
