“比較起圖片, 實際上房間及大堂要好看, 大氣。是上世紀的好酒店的風度, 雖不是新式酒店的裝潢, 但有貴氣, 維護的不錯。整體來說, 餐飲品質不錯, 餐廳人員的服務有些不齊, 因為有的很好, 有的經驗不足, 可能疫情後人員不好找。但大多的服務人員都帶笶容, 有服務熱忱。住在這裡是舒適的, 酒店不會過大, 房間數過多。早餐的自助吧不大, 但品質我很喜歡。另外熱食部分是用點的。”

“It is a nice small 4 season hotel. It was located in the central of Mumbai with a slump just next to it. It is quite an experience. What I want to say is that the room is clean and nice as usual 4 seasons standard. conceiage will go over the distance to make you feel comfortable. You will be surprised of the area it was located, but as India as it is, it is always the mix of things that makes the trip fun, will definitely stay again.”

Check in was a breeze with friendly and efficient staffs Unfortunately our first night was a Saturday night and the room next to us was extremely noisy; loud music…, etc.; throughout the night till morning. The bed has a sun-kissed feel and is very warm and comfortable. This is definitely the most comfortable and cleanest hotel and room I have ever stayed in in India.”
