“Magical, authentic artist home with beautiful views and a great large room to hang out in. The garden was beautiful and it was a 10 minute walk to hikes. The property manager was very responsive to a small issue with the heater and had it fixed in two hours. ”

“Amazing view and location! Cozy house, a wonderful place overall. The only negative was the loose gravel driveway at such a steep incline. Our car got stuck trying to pull out one evening. It should definitely be paved. ”

“We were there with our children and grandchildren. We all had such an excellent time. The home is tastefully decorated with a spa like beachy theme. The views were awesome. An easy to find, yet peaceful location. We found cornhole boards in the game closet. We all had a lot of fun playing that with the ocean views as a backdrop. We also enjoyed the well equiped kitchen and spacious dining area as we celebrated my birthday. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing coastal getaway. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at Annie's Beach House. The host was very nice and attentive when responding to questions before arrival. The house and barn fit our big family perfectly. The yard was great for the kids to play in. Loved the location between Fort Bragg and Mendocino. Overall great stay and great hospitality. ”

“The trip was a relaxing, quiet getaway. The description and photos in the ad are accurate. The house has lots of windows, great for watching the deer that appeared in the yard each day. There are 2 decks that offer great views. The outside hot tub was a very nice perk, as was access to the private beach. Dogs are allowed off leash. There were a few others there on Sunday but on Monday we had the beach pretty much to ourselves. I chatted with Jess for a few minutes before he headed out. Pleasant……

“We had a great stay and would stay again! The location is amazing, the house was just as great with a few quirks (definitely not deal breakers for us). The claw tub was a bit of a challenge to fill (use the shower head), the wooden bed frame way too squeaky for two people rolling over (had my son sleep in there), slider door in the tv room doesn’t lock that well. None of this affected our trip and it was wonderful, the grounds are beautiful and the bluff was not a concern for us and our kids……
