“The property is just as described and pictured, and everything was in working order. The Owner is very quick to respond to any communication. Less than 10 min. to Bellaire Mountain, and with a fireplace, would make a nice cabin for winter weekend ski getaways. It is small... We were 2 adults and one child--- adults took the bedroom and the child on the futon in the living room. 2 Adults and 2 children would probably max the space; although more could fit it might not be very comfortable....

“This cute, comfortable cottage is a great home base to explore the Catskills in all directions. While we did not cook on this trip, the kitchen is well stocked with kitchen ware. The washer/dryer was a great help to refresh clothes for flying home. ”

“Nice space, perfect soaking tub, two fire pits! Grill and pizza oven. We enjoyed peaceful star filled evenings. Quiet nights and baby deer running around in the mornings. Local goat sanctuary is a must for a hike with the goats. Reasonably close hikes, to waterfalls and swimming holes, check if you need a permit, the water was ice cold at first, perfect for the weather, we spent a while there, then back for some grilling!We enjoyed the stove and record collection. We were a family with a guest...

“Everything it’s described to be; quiet, private, well equipped, comfortably furnished. Cooking, grilling steaks, relaxing on the porch, enjoying coffee in the morning, building a fire in the fireplace in the evening, listening to the sound of a rushing stream below, really all we hoped for. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for such a quiet, secluded retreat. The proprietor was readily available with helpful advice.
