“Breakfast was a major letdown, everything including coffee wasn’t being restocked in a timely manner. Guests had to repeatedly knock the kitchen door for food items, even then they didn’t materialize. The room walls had stains on them and elevators had a bad odor. They charged 3 star prices for what wouldn’t even pass for a 1-2 star experience. I think being next to freeway allows them to get away with it. This experience has turned me off this hotel chain.”

“No hot water at all, bathroom sink wouldnt drain. Stains on thr top sheet and black hair on the pillow case. ”

“Nothing was unique about the property, first of all it was suppose to be a comfort in and found out it use to be a Knight Inn which was outdoors. I was stuck there and hated every minute of my stay.”

“Room was clean and freshly painted, I assume the tub/shower was going to get a liner, it needs one. I am fairly certain I requested downstairs while booking through Expedia, but they said no at check-in. Breakfast wasn't visually appealing (eggs and sausage) but tasted good. Coffee was good.”
