"We had occasion to visit Fayetteville in Mid-May for a wedding. This was our first trip to the area and this house is in a great location for getting around Fayetteville and also easy access to Bentonville (assuming you have a car). We loved the small details provided by the Hosts (drinks and snacks, quality paper products, live TV, plenty of towels, etc.). The house was nicely appointed and comfortable. "This is a cute cottage that I would highly recommend if you are staying in the Rogers area. There were three of us that stayed, but you could easily have 4-5. It is just as described and very clean. Checkout instructions are very easy. We brought our own coffee, but there was a Keurig with coffe, creamer and sweetener if needed. It is located just one block off of the cute downtown area. I would definitely stay again if I am back in that area!"

"This is a beautiful, historic property! Keith, the owner, has done a fantastic job of renovating an 1891 school house into an amazing vacation rental. This place has everything you need to stay however long you want to; fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, nice shower with no trouble getting and keeping hot water, washer and dryer, microwave, deck, small grill...awesome!
