“Property listing is very accurate. Location was a bit off the beaten path but convenient to drive to either beach town, we spent morning at shops in Lewes and afternoon by ocean on Rehoboth. Cottage was very clean, comfortable. We brought our dog and there was a nice marsh area to walk her. Kitchen had everything we needed. Overall it was a very nice place to stay”

“Our second year here & it was as comfortable and quiet as last year. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed the pool a lot this time. The house could use some things in the kitchen, such as a cookie sheet or two & a crockpot to help with easier meals for after a beach day for those who want to eat in. Other than that, the second bedroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and still had sand on the floor but was easy clean up with the vacuum they have available. We will most likely be back next year due...

“Curt obviously put time and money into fixing this space and making it comfortable for a VRBO. New full size refrigerator, new stacked LG washer/drier, huge king size bed, stacked full beds with a pull out trundle bed, new toaster oven and microwave, etc. The best feature for us though was the proximity to DE Turf. It is very close making it very convenient for lacrosse tournaments.”
