“From the moment we walked in the place smelled like cigarette although there was sign that said no smoking. The elevator was out of service, as we walked in the room it smelled musty the bathroom was super dirty. There was a dirty wash cloth over the shower head, microwave and mini fridge were super dirty. The last night we stayed there the room next to us had some crazy person just screaming had to call front desk twice to say something to him. That was the only positive thing I could say that……

“I have never had a reception employee be so arrogant, miserable, unhelpful and unfriendly as the man who checked us in! While our room was comfortable, the bed comfy, we struggled with the lower than usual toilet especially my tall husband. Breakfast was average and again seating there uncomfortable. I also expected glass glasses in our room. Covid habit? Not what I expected from a Hampton.”

“Great service. Early check in, call after I checked in to ensure I had everything I needed and followup after check out to ask for feedback. Room clean, Bill was accurate.”

“The jerk behind the counter wouldn't accept my Expedia reservation. I had to go to another hotel. Stay away from this property!”
