“The location was fine and in general the staff seemed to complete their jobs but didn't extend much in the way of welcome or friendliness. I complimented one lady because she was the only one who smiled. On our three night stay our room was missed completely on one day and we had to ask the second day or it would have been missed again. The cleaners apparently were short staffed, busy and not very happy to be asked to make up the room when I asked courteously. Not a very happy staff.”

“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”

“Great place to stay central, clean well maintain , great transportation, Uber friendly , close to the airport, close to train to the city, nice 5 of 5 clean and new machines and personal was really great”

“The hotel was great but breakfast ends at 9am which I thought was too early.”
