“We had a long stay, personnel was very helpful in providing variation in the menu. The food was excellent, better than any restaurant nearby. Our transport from Accra did not show up, staff was very helpful in booking alternative transport.”
“Room isn’t cleaned unless you ask them to, bit nobody tells you that when you check in. Even hanging the sign asking the maid to clean the room didnt work. I still came back 8 hours later to an uncleaned room. At buffet breakfast there were flies everywhere. This could have easily been solved with mosquito coils bit I only got glaring looks when I suggested it. ”
