"I understand the rental was new, so there's some scope for improvement, but we got off to a bad start when I booked the property but was then told the pictures did not relate to the flat available. Only 1 draw back is the £20 a day car charge,think that is unfair when you are staying in any hotel and spending alot of money on accommodation and food and drink,this should be waivered."

"The room was extremely good and the view over the river amazing. It’s the first time we’ve stayed in a guesthouse where you have a code for the main door, pick up your key and good to go. Didn’t see anyone else. Breakfast was the first time we saw any of the staff, extremely helpful and polite, breakfast was delicious but even though very well cooked the choice was only scrambled egg, sausages, crispy bacon and cooked tomato. Fine for a short stay, but I didn’t want cereal or fresh fruit and snakes, I do enjoy a cooked breakfast, needs a little choice rotation I think? Excellent stop over for a short break, Ely is a beautiful town. Would use again"
