“The room was good for our need and as a studio apt it was very well equipped. Bedding and towels very clean but room needed some extra cleaning in corners and shower plug and bathroom fan definitely in need of a good clean. Location very central for Ramsey but entrance their archway very tight”

“I understand the rental was new, so there's some scope for improvement, but we got off to a bad start when I booked the property but was then told the pictures did not relate to the flat available. After negotiating we stayed, and the smart TV did not stream any channel or even Netflix, but although the shower immersion heater unit worked, the tap only ran cold in the bathroom sink, and there could have been a few more mugs, cutlery and some side plates would have been helpful. The flat needed……

“With parking, central location, easy access and a clean and expansive apartment, we were very pleased. Everything worked well. The apartment was stocked with the right utensils. The only suggestion would be to have specific instructions on how to work the washer/dryer for small loads. Couldn't figure out an adequate drying cycle. Would recommend this property no problem to anyone.”

“Expedia confirmed my booking and took payment. Around two hours later, the host cancelled because of “an error with the calendar” — for a stay that was due the very next day. That alone was bad enough, but the refund process made it worse. It took two days and three phone calls to Expedia to chase a proper refund, after the first refund shown was only partial. So I was left with no accommodation, wasted time, unnecessary stress, and then had to fight to get back the money I should never have……

“Very nice flat in a great location. Well set up and nice furnishings. My wife and I were very comfortable during a stay of about 8 weeks. Living area is one level above street and can be a little noisy, since it’s on a busy street, but the bedroom is a level above that and much quieter. Lots of good pubs and restaurants steps from apartment. Would definitely stay again!”
