After negotiating we stayed, and the smart TV did not stream any channel or even Netflix, but although the shower immersion heater unit worked, the tap only ran cold in the bathroom sink, and there could have been a few more mugs, cutlery and some side plates would have been helpful. "The property was disgraceful. We didn't stop there we booked somewhere else. Bed unmade not been changed from previous person. It absolutely stank of cigarette smoke. Rubbish on the floor in front room. Food left in the freezer. Tried ringing Muhammad but no answer."

The only floor mop had a filthy used mopping head and the dishwasher filter was full of detritus and mold. We only discovered this after using it for a couple of cycles and the crockery came out stained.
