"Great location on Channel between Rush & Whitefish. Well protected in bad weather or wind. Nice flat yard for games or sitting around the fire! Home has great deck overlooking the channel get some shade in late afternoon from mature trees around neighboring properties. Master is large and very comfortable. Bunk room is adequate and lower level bedroom is good size. Had a great week and would visit again!"

"My friends and I had the pleasure of staying at the Pinecone cottage for 5 days. The cabin exceeded our expectation in every way and communication with the owners was just as nice. "All I can is WOW!! The wife and kids rented this amazing place for a couple days to get away. The cabin was perfectly maintained and the two bathrooms came in clutch with all the kids we brought with. The lake view and ambience was ideal to wake up to. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a beautiful cabin on a lake. It truly displays Minnesota beauty. Cant wait to go back. Our host was quick to respond and answered all of our questions quickly. 5 stars all around!!"

"It was perfect, but only missing one thing... a boat / pontoon rental. The lake was so nice. The sunset was beautiful... would had loved to be out there. We will definitely return though because location was great and house was beautiful and big for our big family! Some minor issues with bathroom doors not closing or locking, but we made it work. It rained twice on us so the pool table & other games along with the many TVs provided kept us company inside. Had many memorkes at the bonfire too....
