“We rented this cabin for a week, because my family needed a quiet place to stay during and after the death and funeral of my father. The problems were: 1. No instructions were given beforehand on how to access the cabin, so I had to call Vrbo, who had to call the owner, who forgot I was checking in that day. 2.
