“No air conditioning, no ice maker, very loud location, horrible communication to try and call to verify booking. Checking in you need to go to another building to get your key. Dirty tub. Bed was ok, pillows horrible - bring your own. Don’t stay there with kids, they won’t sleep well.”

“They didn’t have a daily continental breakfast as Expedia said. They.dont start till Memorial Day. Disappointed that I was given the wrong information. I would have stayed somewhere else. Also the property is on a gravel road. Not a great place for a nice car”

After you confirm your rate thru Expedia, get ready for another 3.5% added to your bill upon checkout for credit card usage, even if they tell you what your "exact" charge is on check-in. “The hotel was clean. Was looking forward to relaxing and watching TV after a long trip. The TV was not working. I called a number for the hotel and got an AI response, I left a message detailing the problem with the TV, and left room number and my phone number. At no time did any one contact me or come to the room to remedy the problem. There was no one else at the Hotel that was working. I was not happy about that.”

“I really have no complaints. Your lodge is amazing. Not like regular hotels. It is unique, beautiful inside and out. I love all the wood, it gives a warm feel to the place. Makes you WANT to come back. Cozy feel to the place. Staff was great, first person I saw, was Sarah. Very up beat, friendly and takes great care of your needs. Breakfast food pretty much of a wide selection for whatever you may want. Neat, clean and orderly. They come often to check that they don't run out. Delicious!! Our……
