“Checking in was a bit confusing as when you entered the building you would find a note telling you to call a number where you were instructed to look for a building wrapped in paper where you would check-in.. not very convenient. Was told it’s a non smoking building yet when you entered what appeared to be the former lobby, it smelled of smoke.. lack of security for the building as the former lobby door was never locked, anyone could enter the building. Had trouble getting Sufi after two trips……
“The check in process was difficult in that, I could not find the codes in the link they sent and I called and they provided incorrect codes so we were still not able to access property or room. The person did stay on the phone with me until it was resolved and we had access to property and room.”
“This getaway was everything that I needed. It was quiet and tranquil. I enjoyed all the amenities. I'll likely make this an annual trip. I loved every aspect of the place. It surpassed my expectations.”
“Everyone was very nice and helpful! The room was spacious and clean. We were there on one of the most hottest days in July and when the A/C could not keep up for my wife they moved us to a better room with no extra charge. Unfortunately, due to my schedule we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool or breakfast but the pool and breakfast did looked nice.”
