"Staff was friendly but disliked the extra information that had to be entered on the IPad. It added an extra unnecessary step. I had pre booked the room. The grounds were nice but this hotel has a lot of construction/ outdoor workers apparently stay here so there was clumps of dirt from the front door to the front desk and lobby area then upstairs off of the elevator. The hotel can’t clean constantly I know but it was just off putting"

"There was a pool, but it was dry. There was no water. There was no breakfast served of any kind just coffee and tea from what I understand. The room was very clean. The air conditioner worked very well and surprisingly, even though it was close to the interstate and there was a truckstop in the back it was very quiet and I didn’t have any problem sleeping. The staff were very, very nice. You can’t go into the office and check in. They have a little window when you walk to check-in, but even though it was seamless and they were very pleasant to deal with."

"We had a smoke free room that smelled like smoke. The extra lock on the door was attached to the trim and did absolutely nothing because the trim would move and allow the door to open. There were stains on the sheets and blankets. I will say that the staff was kind enough to give us a room on the bottom floor, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool was clean."

"I arrived at 4:15 pm and it took 2 hrs to get a room.When I did get in the room it smelled of old stale smoke and musty. There is no elevator.Property seems to have been recently bought and is under construction.At least the ac and ice machine worked.All in all you get what ya pay for,which ain't much."
