“The Belmar Inn is tucked away on a side street and 4 houses from the beach. The front porch is relaxing and the front desk staff were very kind. The rooms are not glorious but for the price, the beds are comfortable, the room is clean and the place is right on top of the beach. The beach is 3 min walk and under 14 is free. Adults are $12. There is a rest room right there on the beach and a shower and a Jersey Mike Subs Also a playa bowls. For dinner we uber in to Asbury park to a place……

“This is our 3rd annual visit. A lovely, less "touristy" NJ shore, right across the street from the beach with a quiet victorian feel. Beach badges, towels, chairs, umbrellas provided. Fantastic restaurant on first floor. Staff and especially the general manager were just great. ”

“Staff were wonderful. It is a very outdated motel and they should clean behind the refrigerator. The stray cat situation on the property is not appealing. There was even a dead cat laying by the dumpsters ”
